What is the deck supposed to be used for? And also, in a 40+ card deck, precogs are useless, unless you use them to see any PC or CC.

Use the deck for anything its good for pvps and i use precogs so i can get cards out faster.Precogs are useful if it's used in the beginning of a game so you can see what's in your opponents hand and you get another card added to your hand

This can be a fast deck,but there's to much CC,6 reverse time,why?
Use 2 RT and 2 eternity.
And you can use only 2-3 precogs.Precogs are mostly speeds up the deck in a 30 cards one.
If you want to upgrade them then upgrade 5 towers/pends and next are HG-s.

 Too meny CCs m8 and the monsters that you use need a lot of  to be placed on the feald . If you do not get proper draw chance of geting powned  is big.

Puting Ghost or Dragon on the field fast and lose it in 1 or 2 turns is a bit  cuz you do not have proper defence.

I would have put 2 or 3 fate egg and not use that meny RT and Precognition to make my chances beter.

That's why i have reverse times so i can stall them while i gain the quanta

I use precogs to see whats in an opponents hand so if I get a reverse time I can save it for a specific creature.Besides it's only 2 quantas.

Other advantages of precogs include luring out mass CC with fewer than all your creatures, luring out PC with less valuable permanents, varying your effective deck size (just don't play precogs vs stalls for a larger deck), and of course learning about game-changing cards (he has miracle? better wait and do a surprise attack. He has EQ? better not play all my pillars at once.)

One more advantage is Precogs are instant, while hourglass needs one turn and can be denied before even used
