I'm also against banning Marks for that reason. Sure, (ab)using glitches is wrong, but you can't impact the whole Event because of one glitch. Especially since there were more glitches in the past, and nobody did anything for those, and since there will be more glitches in the future, and you can't expect everyone to tell the truth about them.

I don't think it's a good idea to change event rules based on suspected or confirmed glitches with Elements accounts. It would be a precedence that could lead to drama when users start to suspect and accuse others for having "illegal" cards on their Elements account. It's much better to just draw a line between PvP event rules and what goes on on Elements accounts.

Now if Marks are banned for other reasons, like them giving a big advantage because of other event rules, then it would make much more sense.

Just to clarify, can your mark be of an element not of the three you have to chose from? EG:

Team  :aether
Yours   :darkness
Battle   :earth

Could your deck be 20  :aether , 10  :darkness  but have a mark of  :entropy ?

Thanks, and I am very excited about this, looks great

Calindu221: Yes, also why you want to use a devtal with a mark of entropy?

Lol, no, i just clicked random elements for an example. Or im cunningly trying to incorperate discords!! WHO KNOWS??!! :P

I've been asked this so I thought I'd mention it to everyone.  Teams and players are allowed to change their elements up until the signup deadline.

Been thinking it over and decided to remove the No Marks rule and wait to see if it becomes a problem before addressing it.  The player base in the Event that would even have Marks is small, and the amount who would have enough to create any sort of imbalance or advantage is extremely few.  It simply isn't worth the amount of contention, implications, and accusations that the rule caused.

That said, at some point in the future it is likely they will be banned from TPvP.  There is no denying that in a limited element duo/trio event that players with Marks will have a significant advantage over those who do not going up against certain elements.  Once this advantage reaches a point that it begins to affect match outcomes on more than a rare occasion they will be banned.  While it is fun to be able to use them, it's highly unfair to newer and less experienced players to be at a disadvantage competitively to veterans who have been able to accumulate a large collection which can be used to directly counter cards from 2-4 Elements.
Carpe Diem!!

Hmm. Solution : mark are not other cards, but part of their element. Done?

Currently no, but that's a good idea for the future.  You should post that in the suggestion thread.
