I'd personally like to see either of two changes: remove the rule or allow 3 uses of the same combination per match.

Either way, we need more feedback on this. A poll would be the most accurate way of gauging opinions.

Yes, poll is always good, especially in an event like this so fun.
we are already in the sixth edition, lol, but I think he's at his best now.

I'm confused for example "more than twice in a match"
is the same thing "more than twice in one match" ?

Yes, since a match means all the games/rounds you need to finish. In other words, a match is a best of 5 here. In tournaments and Leagues, a match is a best of 3.

 I cannot see problems a BO5 be played with limitation 2x the same combination and 3 elements  available , I agree that is a little tight, but prevents a hard counter dominant deck to win alone.

 I have doubts here

You may use Pillars, Pendulums, Mark Cards, and Marks that don't match your 3 elements (they don't count as using the element)

for example, my elements to duel are 
the decks 1 and 3 are considered mono? or legal?
if I use the deck 2 and after 2 again, I can still use the deck 4?
if I use the deck 1 and after 3, I can still use the deck 5?

If I understood the rules right you are only using from the element pool (and for the purposes of element combinations), but they still obey the 2/3 rule.

Ok, so its not only the pillar pends marks and mark cards that arnt in your battle elements that are considered not using the element, but even the quanta generating cards of your battle elements arn't considered your element.

on top of that, duo's and trio's are required, under the new pillar/pendulum exclusion rules, despite the rules being phrased like that's just implied by the 2/3rd rule. (which is isn't, if pillars/pendulums don't count as in element).

 Okay, so will be considered duo or trio only if you have 1 card of each element of the duel
 I expected that the decks 1,3,5 were illegal but the 2 and 4 was surprise, is too weird,  pillars\pendulums in elements to be considered off, and just put a card in element validates all the pillars/pendulums in elements.

P.S. the mark is wrong on purpose so ppl don't snag the deck and earn a win by so VERY weird surprise. They have to put in some work at least.

Vangelios, the deck you posted is illegal.
Because the max amount of cards from 1 element in a 30-card deck must be 20. Your deck has 29.
