Players build decks that can consist only of cards from their team, personal, and battle elements.
(Post battle results in this thread)

- No upgraded cards allowed
- No 'Other' cards
- Mark Cards are allowed and count as the element they provide quanta for
- You may change decks between games
- You may use marks that don't match your 3 elements

The size of each deck is not limited, however a maximum of 2/3 of your deck can be from any single element.  This means all decks must be a duo or trio.  The spoiler below contains a table of the maximum amount of cards your deck can contain from any single element based on deck size.

Which element is their element and which is the battle element?
The team element is next to the team name.
The player elements are on the 'outside' next to the player name.
The battle elements are in the 'middle' between the two players that are battling.

(Yin Yang Noobs) mesaprotector 3-1 nensuru (Mega Men's)

Game 1 (Win):
Spoiler for Hidden:
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4vc 4vc 4vc 4vh 4vh 4vh 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vo 4vo 4vo 50u 50u 50u 61o 61o 61o 61o 61t 61t 61t 61t 61t 61t 61v 61v 61v 621 621 621 63a 63a 63a 63a 8pu

The most glaring thing about the element assignments were that nensuru had almost no counters for Dim Shields (EQ and UG being the best options), so of course I came up with a Dim Shield deck I figured stood a chance against anything he could play. He played a good deck against this, EQ with adrenscorps, but I had just enough luck. I drew 4 Novas and 2 Lycans, which gave me just enough damage, and BEd his scorp to stop it from poisoning me. Topdecked a shield with 2 turns remaining to win with 3 HP.
Game 2 (Win):
Spoiler for Hidden:
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4vc 4vc 4vc 4vh 4vh 4vh 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vo 4vo 4vo 50u 50u 50u 61o 61o 61o 61o 61t 61t 61t 61t 61t 61t 61v 61v 61v 621 621 621 63a 63a 63a 63a 8pu

When in doubt, use the same deck again. nensuru had decided to run a UG deck (again, one of this deck's two almost-counters). For a while nothing much happened as I had a single dragon out and he was there gaining quanta. Then I finally drew the quint that allowed me to play Lycan+BE+Quint (didn't know if he had any CC, so I was going to wait), and after that it was just a waiting game, hoping he didn't draw all 6 UGs with 10 cards left. He didn't.
Game 3 (Loss):
Spoiler for Hidden:

Came up with a deck that I thought would nicely counter either of the decks he'd just played. Wings is almost as good as Dim Shield against :life or :earth . However, he surprised me by playing adrenastaves, and my lightnings came way too late to help me with anything. Lost handily.
Game 4 (Win):
Spoiler for Hidden:

Deck import code : [Select]

I was hoping nensuru would play another variant on life rush. He did, playing his deck from game 1, which doesn't have much of an answer for dims or pandes. I drew plenty of dragons, and won easily.

Good games nensuru, I realize this wasn't the best elemental matchup, but your counters were actually quite good. Good luck to you and your team in the future.

I almost made a comeback in this one. Had me down early, and my darkness quanta didn't show up quick enough.

I never had a chance this match.

Had a good set of games with you plastiqe. Thanks for schooling me, I needed to learn a few lessons =p

Just to reiterate, I wish Game 2 never happened, or I at least had the right mark.
A tout le monde, a tout mes amis, je vous aime, je dois partir.

Proud servant of Team :time in War 6.

Gracious and well played, despite an unfortunate error.  We played a 'what-if' 4th game as if the 2nd had never happenend and I decidedly won that with an EM.  : P

Good luck in the rest of the event.
