why are there some teams already in the bracket or in the event while they havent chosen their personal elements right now... i thinks its BS to wait for your enemies to choose an element , grow some pair of balls imo.

Grow a pair of language.
As for your question. It's a viable tactic, we used it till Uberdudes chose exact same elements as us. Also, some teams probably just haven't decided yet.

As there will be more than 10 teams choosing elements after the other won't give any advantage IMO. Moreover the third elements is an important fact.

This is true, but it actually doesn't matter much, because Battle elements are going to be decided after everyone has chose their personal elements. This huge lurking factor makes it very, very difficult to secure a significant advantage during this phase of the Event.

If people want to wait to pick elements, there's nothing wrong with that.  It doesn't really give anyone an advantage since nobody knows who they will play or what the brackets will look like yet.
