Team PvP #3 - round 1

The reason the rule was made in TPvP2 was because select individuals were editing their battle results with different decks than those originally posted, and the result was claims of cheating and others of the like.  It's easier on everybody, organizers and players, if people just double posted instead of editing the battle results.

As Essence said, it's extraordinarily easy to see in the rules thread.

it really does not matter WHY the rule was created, it's stupid and not standard, and can be easily cheated (removing an edited post and posting it as new..?).

Look, we have had problems in the past, we had to create this rule. Not happy? Then find a new event, end of convo and whoever criticizes this rule again gets kicked, is that clear?

I believe you're just in the losers bracket, not eliminated.

From an organizers perspective, players who don't read and then don't follow the rules aren't exactly our cup of tea either.  The social contract of a game requires all players to understand and participate in the rules.  As said, if you didn't like them, you could easily have objected before the game started, and this would all be cool.  As it is, if you want to quit because you don't want to play the game as written, good riddance.

I understand the situation is over, and the unfortunate result of a player quitting, but I wanted to say this:

*sigh* Apparently the TPvP tourney likes to have a lot of drama.

Guy Fawkes - I know the situation kinda sucks and Ji probably could have worded it better but i think you should reconsider quitting. I'm sure your team needs you.

Ji - sorry you have to run into this situation. Just know whether right or wrong the work done is still appreciated.

The rule may suck but it is there so lets make the best of it.

I'm sorry for my teammates, even if stupid, there was a rule and I didn't respect it, so i'm really sorry.

I don't want to search any excuse, but I was not the only who broke that rule, so I suggest the organizer to evaluate how that rule is useful...

I don't like at all how organizer is managing this pvp event: it's clear that people who edit their post, didn't do it to cheat but it was just an inadvertence...why it was not considered the possibility to replay matches?

Specifically, I've never cheated, I've a Master badge to honor, and all of you are free to check my activities...

I regret to have done nothing that is affecting other people...

2/3 of my team is quitting this event...so, good luck to all...
