So... What should I do about the incomplete match? Give an extension or disqualify both? Two battles weren't played, and from what I know everyone attempted to play, so it's not like it was one person/team's fault. If I have to disqualify, should I put Team Omega! into the finals or replace the two disqualified teams with the people they beat in the previous round (Cerberus and Chinchilla)?

I'm thinking DQ and put Team Omega! through to the finals, but I'd like some feedback before doing this.

Well, unless there is proof he didn't PM you and made no other attempts to play the match, I can't give you the win. And proving he didn't PM you is probably impossible, since PM's can be deleted.
