Here's the way I see it:

- The second was IMHO a desync. I had a clear win on my side but he had a win on his. However, he and his team-mate refused to admit that it could be a tie and redo the game. I was called a liar and everything ... OK, I gave it to him 1:1.

It seems that he only gave you the win because you and Raving intimidated him into it. The game was definitely a desync; however, neither of you knew that messaging the opponent still works in a desync. I'm not saying yall intentionally intimidated him into it. I understand that since yall weren't aware of the message/desync issue, you both logically concluded that he must be lying. The fair thing to do in this situation is have you replay the second game, using the same decks and marks. I will give yall two days from now to make up the game, since I know yall have difficulties finding each other.

I apologize to everyone else for any delays this causes, but this is, in my mind, the fairest way to do things.

In any case, there's not much we can argue for here, since no one has any proof of desync or lack of desync. That's why Demagog has made his decision, and it's the most rational way to go.

Please just replay this game and move on.  According to the rules if you can't agree it is a desync.  The only evidence I have ever known to be accepted that it wasn't is screenshots.  You disagree, no screen shots, replay.

My team has been waiting a long time to play our second match in this tournament and I'm pretty sure jamiejones hasn't even played once yet.  I don't know about the rest of the people that are waiting for the result of this match to be able to play their next one, but I for one would just like to see you replay and everyone can move on to play the next rounds of the tournament.

that's true the conversation was there,there wasn't a desync/time out and no sign and even when i said when i got my second vapmire with adrealine: i think this game is mine. he said yes i'm scared of that to!!!
