Pretty sure you can change decks.

From the rules post:
Deck Building

Decks must consist of either your team element, your personal element, or your battle element. Battle elements are assigned to each battle between two players. No more than 2/3 of your deck may consist of one element. No upgraded cards are allowed. You may change your deck and/or mark between each game.

Yes, you may change your deck and/or mark between games, just like in the league or a tournament. This is to encourage players to create multiple decks, instead of making one and hoping it stands a chance against their opponent.

Edit: Everyone, please make sure you understand the rules. I don't want there to be any confusion once this gets underway. Again, if you have any questions, please ask.

I plan on letting any number of teams to sign up until the deadline. I'm pretty sure there won't be many more teams signing up though.

I think you mean Helsing. It was spelled that way in the original Dracula, and I don't believe it's changed since.  Unless you mean the anime.
