Rules do say 2/3, but chart says 21, which is greater than 2/3. Given that it is in the table, it is probably legal. But majofa should fix it IMO.

It just rounds to the next integer, instead of the previous integer, what's the problem? The whole table is consistent (maybe closes integer would be better though).

Or you just dont round at all, and stay with the 2/3. But who needs math eh?

Like this you mean 30 -> 20, 31 -> 20, 32 -> 21, 33 -> 22.

He was just faster, my draw was not very good. I was well prepared against fractal decks as well against dims/bone walls. He used TUs with big damage though, that was a good choice.

It was very close game, he won by a cointoss with 3hp left. That was gg!

I decided to give that deck second (and last according to the rule) chance. As my draw was not very good first time. But it turned out it was even worse... One of the worst draw ever.  It failed completely...11 cards left when I lost and still I did not draw any... EVEN ONE ...dragon... That game was frustrating. He killed my almost entirely with early titan. Ehh. Gratz though!

That was all. Horrible 0-3 for nireus. I mean my 0 was horrible. Nireus had good decks! Decks I expected and I was prepared, but I needed better draw. Gratz nireus!

I agree with ji412jo that rounding down makes more sense. 21>20.7, so 21 is more than 2/3 of 31 and shouldn't be allowed.

However, it is currently allowed and the deck should be accepted as legal. This is an issue for later events that use a similar cap.
