I have allready spoken with Dm1321,abouth substituting n00b in match vs me.
But according the rules we cant substitute anybody withouth promision of Event Organizer.
Thats why my team cant sub our member and same they.
That is problem that causes prolonging this event.
Allowing substitutions between team members freely should solve this problem.
But it must be in rules.

There's a reason you have to ask: players play games differently. This isn't a one-man event where one guy could sub his entire team through the entire event. When notifying the organizer that you have to sub for someone, it also has the effect of notifying the organizer that that member might need replacing. It's a good way of keeping the spirit of the event (team event) AND keeping the organizer up to date on how teams are doing in terms of activity.

Did you ask majo and not get a response? Is that why you want a rule change? I don't see why you can't sub just because you have to ask. Just ask.
