High risk, high reward deck. Lost cointoss, 2 quanta draw and didn't draw more for a long time. Never had a draw like that in testing. >_>

Exciting. I took the gamble and played an early Recluse. As half-expected, it got zapped. I figured since my luck had turned around, I'd draw another. It took several turns and I was starting to sweat as Kaker did his Psion/Charger half-rush (iirc) until I finally drew one. By that time I had so much that it was a TTK with no turns to spare before he'd have killed me.

Stronk deck. Stronk draws. Low on quanta was worrisome, but that meant more Lightnings. That's what sealed the deal against that pesky Psion/Charger half-rush. Plus he had dead BW and Dim in hand as he told me after.

Exciting games despite the meta, Kaker. Let's hope we have more variety next time.

Of course i had another rol at my hand hand. I had 6 fractals in deck and drew none for 15 cards, the only reason i lost that game.
I played devtal 4 times and rol hope once.

I played this devtal several times with small modifications. Removing a vampire, adding luciferin etc. after i noticed he wasn't going to ROF,  i switched to no upped devourers and more upped pend version.

Stupid deck, stupid fear of dims, had 13 quanta, could have played one of my upped dragons, but didn't because I would end with 3 quanta next turn, would have won otherwise I think.

Ghostal vs. an unexpected Gargtal (man that's an ugly name). Got a bad draw so Dims didn't go up until 70 HP left from Vagger. Wasn't a favourable matchup either way though.

Second time's the charm. Got a great quanta start while Cal struggled. Early Ghostal to force the use. I was waiting for upped Ghost and Silence when Cal timed out. Checked chat and indeed, he popped out and back in. His browser had crashed, so he gave me the win since I had a big lead anyway.

Took something that has a decent chance against both Ghostmare and Devtal. Nope, 2 quanta draw. Managed to get 2 Ghosts out, much to my amazement, but I knew that just meant Vamptal death.

Birds fuck your shit up. This was a nail-biter for me since I couldn't see Cal's cards. I got craptons of quanta and 2 early MP's, but no Fractal in sight with about 23 to spare. Suddenly 3 Dragons. Suddenly Immo+Fractal for the exact damage. Suddenly Lightning on Ash. At this point he had 10 and I had 40 HP. Yeah.


Good example of how unsure and exciting a match can be for one side of the field.

'Twas a pleasure playing with Fire and bunnies again. It's been too long. Not the bunnies part, that's never happened before. I swear.
