There is no need to post screenshots of desyncs from matches that you are not disputing.  Your screenshot serves no purpose other than to create arguments and disputes over the results.

How you can see, it could be relevant (for me). And if you ignore the screenshot and decide for dawidas, its okay, the wrong decision imo, but okay.

There is nothing for me to decide.  You have not disputed the results.

How you can see, I wrote: I lost the first game...won the second.... but I didn't say, I won/lost the third one. Maybe dawidas and you are good friends, then I can understand your decision. And yes, it IS a decision when you ignore the screenshot of R3.
The event is no matter to me now.

I just said, I won imo and TStar's decision was wrong, but I accept it. Thats it.
He said I have not disputed the results. If I have not disputed the results, why I posted a screenshot? Just wanted to tell him that...
Anyway it was the last event/tourney/league under TStar's organization. (not because of this little thing, there are other reasons)

It’s like everybody just a bit didn’t understand each other. First, Odii reported the results of the game the way that it was hard to understand either he agreed with his defeat or not.  Besides that if he considered that he won third game he had to refuse replaying desync. From the Dawidas’s post it looks like he agreed in return of first round when Dawidas was going to win. Odii also didn’t pmed TStar when he had to. So either he won or not, he acted against rules.
Then because of the way Odii reported TStar considered (as it seems to me) that Odii was feigning that he agreed with Dawidas's win, but in fact trying to get public opinion on his side and provoking other players to make organizers of competition to break rules.
But in reality Odii was not feigning or provoking. By his report he meant that he won. He forgot or disregarded the rules of competition and expected that organizers will accept his victory at the first place.
Then some players posted their opinions accepting with Odii and it got more looking like plan about provoking the forum is working. TStar posted his reply, Odii posted some not very good messages… Now we have what we have.
I think game is for fun and it isn’t big matter who won. It isn’t worth arguing.

Still it is too much drama for nothing IMO. If you desynched and wasn't unable to agree about the outcome you just replay the match that's the rules as TStar said.

Ok, to start, my goal is not to create drama, ive organized TPvP before and know all the drama it includes.

but, imo, this should be Odii's win.

I agree that the rules said to PM TStar, but in a clear case like this, i do not think this should be just giving the win away.

Some rules are rules and must be followed, but some other rules shouldn't be followed strict to the letter.

I know this for myself, from personnal experience in TPvP#3, where following the rules forced me to make unfair decisions.

Just my 2 cents, as i said earlier, I do not mean to cause drama, just putting in my opinion.
