Event and sign-ups have yet to start.    I think there will be a separate sign-up topic in the main Colosseum section when sign-ups are opened.  Hopefully those sign-ups begin soon - I'm ready to get rolling in Colosseum II!!!

Unless it is mentioned before I get my first signup pm, rules are locked as they are.  I will make clarifications, but do not expect any rule changes, you guys had your chance .

Also, new section added concerning seeding.  MAKE SURE TO REVIEW RULES BEFORE MAKING CHARACTERS, THERE ARE PROBABLY CHANGES NOT MENTIONED IN THE TOPIC.

No: Once glads are revealed I will set up a poll.  Community votes.  People with more votes get paired against people with lower votes.  Hopefully, the two people with the highest votes face off in the final (barring upsets).  This helps noobs a bit, helps with betting, and allows upsets.

I'm still waiting for a verdict / explanation of how Specialized would interact as a Strength if facing opponent with Intimidating strength (or similar upgrade reducing effect)...

in any case i would say, organizers should be neutral and stay above the whole, so dont participate in events you organize.
but as majo signed up, i guess you could do it, too! makes no sense to let one participate and one not...

The only way that I can find we can do this without revealing decks is that specialized ups do not count as ups until the specific game (this also includes coward and brave).  Example: You have 2 ups and specialized.  Opponent has intimidating, which gives you -6 ups iirc.  You now have 0 ups + any upgraded style cards.  Opponent has +4 ups.

Is this talking about SS and SoD (max HP) or any healing card including Vamps, Liquid Shadow, and Antimatter (current HP)?

Does this affect my own style cards are just cards I can use per arena rules?
