I think First Blood strength only applies for the first two games and not four.  Only thing I can think of is that Mindless (cannot change deck) has been ruled to supersede the de-activation of First Blood and hence those +5 upgrades for First Blood get to linger through the first loss.  If this is not the case, I believe the game 3 and 4 decks by Zso have too many upgrades due to expiration of First Blood.

Good catch, unless I am opposed, I feel like strengths should overrule weaknesses.  In this case, you would keep the extra upgrades.

I have chosen this strength + weakness combo specifically to take advantage of this ruling.
