Since we have more fluid roles and one person less, it's a good idea to specify who's doing what.
Our role lists are as follows (added CD for spy because I know he can do it):
Spy: Boss / CD
UTA: FE / CD / Writer
me: Art / CD
CR: FE / Writer
Ops: Writer / CD / DB
So we have 2 FEs, almost everyone is willing to do CD, we have a lot of people willing to write and a reluctant DB.
Anyone else is willing to do DB?
Nevertheless the best workflow in my opinion is to have lots of feedback on the tasks as they are being built, with who is responsible for what not being as important.
