If you do that you can't avoid Permanent Control. Also removes access to the free rewinds. Also prevents you from playing a 3 card combo that can send send 3 of your opponents creatures to their deck.
You may be able to avoid permanent control if you draw both those cards (both of which have only one copy in the whole deck) but not very often and at the cost of leaving yourself open to creature control when there are more CC cards in the game that PC.
You may not be able to get free rewinds but you can just as easily use your shards of readiness on your pharaohs and use the quanta you would have used on their abilities on rewinding.
You may not be able to use a three card combo (for which you need to draw two cards that have only one card of each) but it is uncommon with that few copies and more or less pointless when you should be able to eat anything your opponent plays with all that excess gravity quanta that you have.
Overall, I think that the animate weapon is just a waste of space.
