Yes, I am looking at, but in case when the card belongs to opponent that is wrong because it should show what quanta it currently produces, not what it will produce when I, for example, steal it.
Pendulums use your mark regardless.

When they are on top/opponent's part of the table, they produce it's own quanta and quanta of opponent's mark, not mine.

I've never noticed that opponent's pendulums produced my quanta during his/her turn.

It still uses the art of your mark. If you wanted pendulums to look like that, then there would need to be 2 different images of a pendulum at the same time.

And that is what I am talking about. Current way (one common art for both players during any fight) is very confusing for me. The art of pendulum is probably automatically generated for every combination of quanta so I can not see any problem to program this to show two different arts, one for every opponent.

If you don't hover your mouse over the pendulums, they display correctly what quanta they generate. Problem solved.

Nope, not solved. Without hovering my mouse over they show only one from two types of quanta they generate - it is a problem when I draw explosion type card and need to decide what to destroy.

(also I am still not sure if the art of pendulum on table shows type of quanta it generated previous time or is going to generate next time)

The pendulum default art switches between that of its element and that of your mark. The pendulum icon in the game shows the quanta it is about to produce. If you want to change that, start a topic in the game suggestions and feedback board, but really- it isn't all that important.

The only permanent control you will ever use regularly on pillars and pendulums is earthquake. Explosion and steal are a waste of the card/quanta used 99% of the time, unless you're going full-blown denial, which is an entirely different, marginal subject.

Note that I didn't say "what pendulum to destroy" but "what to destroy". In general I would agree with you but, as you say, in some special situations it's tactically better to destroy some quanta generator. And to decide "what will be my target" I always check all possibilities.

Also, it was only one of many situations when I "suddenly" need to check both types of quanta on opponent's pendulums as I can see only one at time.

Their mark, and the element of the pendulum. The pendulum's not zoomed up picture shows what element it will produce next. Yes, pendulums could be more clearer, but I don't think Zanz has that at the top of his priorities.

Back on topic, I think I need another info.

Arena page lists HP penalty for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 days. I've noticed that some deck are in top 500 longer - like some deck in bronze is 10 days old at the moment. Do I assume right that HP penalties for next days, 7-10 are like -128, -256, -512, -1024? If yes, that's pretty funny that this 10 day old deck is still "visible" because it should have 0 HP? or probably 1 HP. On the other hand I noticed that this deck is only losing now so that could be true BUT it is still in top 25. I wonder why.

Another question, I wonder how game calculated my current deck level when I returned to play after two years. My first thought was my personal win-lose ratio I got so far. But I noticed that when I am winning by farming bronze (=improving my personal win-lose ratio) my arena deck level is going down so it can't be it. If no then how?

1. You are correct there on HP loss being doubled with every day, but the HP loss will only reduce the deck to 1. A deck still in the top 25 with 1 hp is probably just on its way down. Alternatively, in the higher leagues, the use of Shard of Divinity can quickly make the deck a threat. It's even possible to lose to 1 HP decks if their combo is right.

2.Your Arena deck level is calculated according to your score. This can be found on a table in the 'in development' link on the game's site.
