Does changing leagues due to leveling up cause your current deck's rating to be recalculated using the w/l rewards of the new league?

When I reached level 40 (gold) my old silver deck entered on rank 5 in gold. With 103-20 after 2 days. It took the old rating (not the rank) from silver to gold. The deck was awfully bashed in gold and out of the top 500 very fast

When your deck loses hp from age how do you reset the deck hp back to how much it had? Do I have to make another deck each day?

Each time you level up, you gain a skill point.  So it depends on your score.

Score gain is somewhat equal to electrum gain before spinning.
So which opponents you face and the amount HP you have before winning.
Losing a game makes you lose score, btw.
