Upped Arena Farming Decks

Well, arena will always adapt. Its a natural process:
Everyone starts playing a deck that wins a lot.
Arena decks that lose to it start to fall from the rank.
Arena decks that beat it climb up, and next thing you know, the whole arena changed to adapt to your deck. I suppose this changes will be faster and stronger once more players get into plat.
But its still nice to keep it listed here, since it might work a lot again in the future.

It is very similar in build to my old AI3 mono-dark grinder (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,20936.msg285211#msg285211) but has dusk shields, more steals and fewer siphon life.  Since the fire nerfs there has been a flood of mono-aether decks and steal really helps ;-)

It is a little slower than many popular grinders but makes up for that by hardly ever losing (important if you are grinding for rares off spins).  Thanks to Higs for pointing that out to me!

When I started farming bronze for shards I looked into old AI3 rushes in hope of finding a fast, consistent and mindless grinder. Essence's monodark, - which is basically the same as every other monodark list except with 0 cards that target things - was great at first if a bit slow, but eventually I started losing with it. Then I turned to USEM, took out heals so I could kill faster and wouldn't have to pay attention to life totals, and ended up with something like this:

At first I didn't even bother copying the list down as I expected I'd ditch it pretty quickly, but turns out it actually wins. On rebuilding it manually it's been give or take one sword, scorp or pend, no idea what's the optimal build. In any case it's fast, you never have to do anything but click cards in your hand, and it spins consistently. I tried tracking stats at one point, I think I won about 30 in a row before losing 3 in a short time. Slightly over 90% wins should be close.

Polari deck is currently destroying bronze...dim shield is the only thing that owns it...and if they dont get them back to back youll win anyways....I even won twice in a row on plat...

I did modify it slightly, I removed 1 sword, 1 cockatrice, 1 frog, and 1 scorp...and put in 4 epinephrine....I try to use them on the scorpions...I find that poison often finishes the job if dim shields come up or they find some way to cc the board....

anyhow great speed green deck...I enjoyed playing with it

I use SPlat against FG. It's just so much stronger than my old RoL/Hope.
I just skip Scorpio, Incarnate, Ferox, Fire Queen and Elidnis. I've won against all the others (miracle can be hard, but doable most of the time).

In platinium, I'm having better results with my own deck. As you said, somehow, platinium decks adapted themselves to the combo. SoSe is good to stay flexible and hard to counter.
