Do you win upgraded cards from arena wins. Ofcourse if the deck doesn't have upped cards you dont win upped cards.

No you dont win upgraded cards from the decks you play but you can win a upped card from the rare spins in gold and pltinum

4 wins in a row in Gold= Upgraded Rare Spin. 3 wins in a row in Platinum= Upgraded Rare Spin. Besides those there is no winning upgrades in Arena
