So Oracle gave me a Blue Nymph...

...and I have no idea what deck to build with 5 Blue Nymphs.
Any ideas?

A whole bunch of air pillars, a couple of EEs, animate weapons, and a couple of immolations and photons, since the AI doesn't know when to immolate for an OTK. That's what I did, and in gold it's... *checks* 5-3, rank 493. Maybe that's not the best for gold, but in platinum there's more points and less competition, so it might do better there.

Hecka air towers/pillars, 2-3 damsel, 2-3 cremation is all you need.

I did 3 damsel and 2 cremation in my UG deck.

Why so little? This means it takes longer for the AI to get the combo together, increasing the chance for it to blow up 5 gases in one turn, allowing it to ignore healing.

It needs some testing for you to find a number you're happy with, but it should work well just like that.

Also, only use 5 (10) nymphs. Any more will clog the AI's hand and it will refrain from pumping gases to save to play the nymphs.

I suggest waiting until tomorrow for a different oracle card, unless your current deck sucks/has 1HP.  From what I've seen of blue nymph decks, the AI doesn't handle them well. (or maybe the decks were bad ).  If you do decide to make a deck, from what I've encountered, a giant rainbow deck suits many nymphs the best, since they're less likely to clog the hand at once and would generally be played into a decent position (e.g. it's not the only creature on the board, making it an easy target to pick on).

The decks might well have been bad, but the AI doesn't use blue nymph well.  Since it usually pops unstable gases immediately, the blue nymph will die after making only two of them, whether it's upped or not.  Therefore, my suggestion would be either to pack lots of quintessences, skip the card entirely, or put very few sources of fire quanta in, so hopefully it puts out a half dozen or so unstable gases before getting any fire quanta.  (that last probably won't work :p)

edit: oops, necroed a thread; didn't realize how old it was!  Advice still stands if someone else gets this card.

The matter is that the AI is so stupid and kill the nymph with UG before spamming enough to kill opponent, Hence you may need some quint.
