More than 60 cards and more than 6 of the same cards?

I have miss something? Why everyone can make decks of more than 60 cards and more than 6 cards of the same type? Even in gold league? :s

They use Dexterity,now someone lock this.

People who have a deck of level 20 and up have the ability to choose the Dexterity option. When you submit a deck with dexterity, the cards in that deck are doubled (60 card deck becomes 120 cards, 6 Owl's Eye will become 12, etc...) and mark tripled; just like the False Gods. They also get double draws per turn.

Hmm? Mark is controlled by Intellect and has nothing to do with Dexterity. Intellect is 10 points for +1 to mark up to a maximum of +3 total.
