Arena Deck

Hey, all,
I have made an new arena deck today and it had 36 cards, but if I challenge it it has 72, I believe Dexterity doubled my deck.
But is every card then doubled?

Putting 20 skill points into Dexterity will double the amount of cards in your set Arena deck, and it will also draw 2 cards instead of 1 at the start of each turn.
