So I am making a return to elements and I'n trying to come up with a high win % deck that can be used against Silver, Gold and Plat leagues.

This should be a farming deck but it should focus on being balanced and getting wins in a row, TTE is completely excluded.
Any ideas for high win % decks? Can be big or small, upgraded of course. Anyone got suggestions?

My 3 game-modification principles:
1. If it ain't broke, don't wreck it.
2. Simple fixes for simple problems.
3. Remember to fill in the holes.
