Arena-Oracle question

Like just about everybody else I have been playing around in the arena, and I think that I have a handle on most of it. 

The only thing that I have not figured out is the "mandatory" cards granted by the Oracle.  Is there a way to not use them?  Can you change them?  Do they ever change automatically, or without my input?

Finally, is there a way to change which league rank the "auto play" deck is in?

Any help with any or all of these questions would be appreciated.  Thank you

Nope, they're mandatory for a reason and the only way to change them is to wait until tomorrow and spin the Oracle again.

Your deck's league is determined by your level, which is in turn determined by your score.  I don't have the link to the exact table, but the higher your score, the higher section of Arena you will be in.

Thank you for the replies.  My questions have been answered.  However, like so many times the answers have led to more questions.  I have spun my Oracle  twice since I made this deck, and my cards are still the same.  Possibly a technical problem (bug?).  I will try again tomorrow and see what happens.

Also the reason that I posted on the forum is that I didn't notice the solution in the wiki.

Now I feel like an idiot.  I had been trying to modify my deck as opposed to creating a new one. I swear I am not a noob, just a moron./
