hey, try out ultrasurf, it works at my school and we have fortigaurd  :-\

do note that you probably shouldn't tab out of it or play pvp while you are using ultrasurf, it can put a lot of strain on it.

i also suggest you download the .swf for elements and launch it from there. this reduces the load time by like a factor of four when you are using ultrasurf.

You cant download it from a link, your browser will just play it.
How you fownload it depends on your browser, so what do you use?

If you have flashblock installed, you can just right click the placeholder and it usually has the option to download the swf
