it would be a shame if we lost to them. They could use wings, EQs, Rewinds and some other nasty stuff in addition to Disco/BH. Well, EQ+BH would practically ruin any rainbow deck. We could go for a generic rainbow rush with 3 sancts for protection, or some sort of a poison stall with CC and sancts again. I believe the deck I posted not long ago (poison +cc that is direct damage as well) could be useful, but I'd rather play some tests in the trainer before I speak more.
BH wont even make a dent in quantum pillar heavy decks.
A denial like Aks or a nova less variation of scramblers will beat D/BH in its own game(Discord/BH fails against more that 3 pillars as starting hand, it just fails, and an early discord shuts it down). Im sure we should have AKs, as its capabilities will scare off many teams.
I believe water will try to stall us, unless they dont have sancs avaliable, of course(as they are the only way to stall without getting discorded). The problem is that with sancs usually come miracles(and thats the real risk).
This is my take on the decks we should have:
Entropy/dark(classic mono denier with solid punch, and a few nightmares as a surprise, easily modificable if it gets through first round)
Trap bow(a compromise between a killer combo and an antagon bow)
Air/death(Eq resistant, shield bypassing, good lock against grounded elements)
Graboid/gotp(a solid multifunctional duo)
DOTK(just an OTK, the caracteristics are within that concept)
FFQ/pande(the only control heavy deck in the vault)
AK's deck(the only hardcore denial in the vault)
Scrambled(the fastest denial in the vault)
This gives us a good balance, some classics they will be expecting, some things they wont see until they hit their noses on them, and a few overall effective decks that wont be either shiny new or classics, but will do their jobs.
