When you put 8 random people together with 1 goal, no clear leader to start... This is what happens most of the time. I don't think drama always happens, but differences of opinions cause rifts. We all had different ideas of what being on team Underworld would mean, and most of those did not become reality. Sometimes people swallow their pride and opinions, for the better of the team. Sometimes people push their opinions on others, and the team moves in their prescribed direction. And what we had, opinions were given, and parties did not want to bend. When these forums are relieved, outsiders can look at what has transpired without the emotion that tainted our view. (Sorry... I'll stop being philosophical now...)
