Depends on if we get a bye or not, though I don't think we will, death might, and maybe no one will.
I just hope we don't have to play Entropy this round, they are a much, much, much bigger threat than Aether will be for the rest of the war.

we have the deckout possibility with the dissapation shield and PA. obviously not our first choice, but a heavy cc deck lots of pillars and an upped shiels with pa could be decent. arsenics for secondary win condition?

I was thinking about the idea of using fractal MPs for one deck, with a rainbow splash of one cost cards -- like purify, rewind, improved nightmare, and improved fog -- and immos to pay for them. I guess it would be mostly helpless until immo was played on something, so it may not be a viable idea. It would help a little to take our lone nova. I'm not convinced it would be worse than the deck Sevs mentioned, though, because he would be relying heavily on drawing a single card, possibly in addition to a PA. I guess taking dim shields and electrum hourglass might help with his (I don't think we have the aether quanta to take both fractals and dim shields for mine). Either way we're probably going to need to think about ways to make decks with few creatures.

We might just take a ton of mummies as our salvage and use mark of death. I kinda like that idea.

I personally think we'll be able to build 2 strong decks no matter who our opponents are (knock on wood).

I'd be a little worried about if they kill the 2 forest spirits and we don't get arsenic early enough. It'd be nice to have quint for something like this.

I'd be a little worried about if they kill the 2 forest spirits and we don't get arsenic early enough. It'd be nice to have quint for something like this.

How would they kill forest spirit? If you read the drama Zeru pointed out that Aether were cocky and used the last of their lightnings. Their main CC is 100% gone.
Also this deck against entropy?
It should out rush their poison ( Forgot to add purify. ) And rage pots will their abominations and unupped dragons.

here is the other deck i sort of had in mind. i dont know how viable it is but 9 turns of shielding and dissapation. lobo for any momentum and antimatter.

@Sevs
I think we could do the shield idea better, but I like it in general.
-flying weapon, PU, electrocutor, discords, pends
+Pillars, upped dissipation , cloak, lycan/werewolf, wings.
I would be ok with taking a chance on a 31-32 card stall I think.

The fractal creature rush isn't my favorite approach via fractals.
I think I prefer using Immos and MPs despite potential draw problems.

I'm not sure I want to take risks based on info we got from Zeru...
It may well be true that they're short on lightning, but better safe than sorry.
