I still refuse to believe that my connection was bad, I had no troubles in PvP games after that.
Also I agree, I have my doubts about DOTK. Our opponets wont stall, they will poison with bonebolt most likely this round. They onyl have 4-5 decks worth of cards left, like 2 devtals, 1 fractix, and 1-2 bonebolts. We need to counter bonebolt badly you guys. I really really really mean it.
Maybe add an adrenaline in the deck?

Yea i tested a DOTK variant with precog sundial and hourglass but it just doesn't have the draw power to really be reliable. it was a good idea but unless anyone can come up with something reliable along those lines it just doesnt work well. as much as i like maxwells, they are too CC prone since they only use graboids with tu and or lighting

Bonebolt is countered by the fractal deck I used in round 9 i think

it was just a suggestion...and in the bonebolt counter we should add cloak because no pc in is and it keep our creeps safe for awhile when we fractal silence will work well too definatly purify and we should get a dissipation sheild certaintly but not against the bonebolt but for future use because rainbow + dissipation sheild = YES and we should get an EA to protect it

DOTK was a very good suggestion just the cards didnt really work out.

i do have a problem with the dissapation shield though, the damage from bonebolt is from lightning/poison or lighting and fractal dragons. the dragon damage is a little hard to stop. especially fractaled. and the poison depends entirely on hoping the poison doesnt make you go below 30 HP (6 lightnings)

@phaedrus you asked what nymphs i have 2 purple 1 upped darkness 2 gravity and a Turquoise. probably not too effective because of the cost. I have the chat log from the day https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=tooWehzslKT7bOhg5KLq3aQ&authkey=CI-TuYMB#gid=13 check the tab called chat log and read the blue highlights

on a side note it would be absolutely hilarious if you use a gravity shield, against mono aether. too bad they probably dont have any dragons left

Thanks for the chat log Sevs. Makes sense now.

I think we should be looking at the cards we pick now being used for multiple rounds. So dissipation is a must in my mind even if we don't play it this round. I know nymphs are expensive, but I figure we might as well explore all the possible options.

We can build a solid bonebolt counter with 6-8 new cards probably. The tricky bit is building something that can also handle the other possible decks. (PU phoenixes for example.) Could having 2 discords in a bonebolt counter be enough?

Event cards is...interesting.

Bonebolt counter deserves some testing. We can go for poison with CC and Fog Shields, or creatures with 5+hp as to not die by a single thunder. Then again, a growing momentumed quinted creatures seems to do the job nice, as long as we don't get rushed hard.

Anyone fear Black Hole counter by Aether btw? Or am I just paranoid.

A BH counter is still possible from them I think (hidden salvages?) but I think it would probably be a last resort because the synergy isn't great. If they had a viable BH deck to counter us with I'm of the opinion they would have played it by now.

This gives the deck currently in the decks op and the possibility of a valid poison stall (Dims, antimatter, scorps with buffs, sancs) next round.

Take the scrops out, we do not have enough to make anything solid with them, it is not worth it, we need cards we can use without combos so much in thier place, like purify. lol No really we need purify.  Also steam machine too. Maybe an abyss crawler too because when upped it is 6/6, we can play it, also TRIDENT! We could build a water mark next deck round if we face higs. Trident = win vs aether.

Oops. Ya made a few mistakes there.
Mistakes which definitely put scorps out of contention (no room).
Also, agree they're probably not viable...just a thought.

we didnt have any time use before this so i figured we should get some

scarabs could be a very decent fractal target.
Reverse time is decent CC
and we suggested hourglass before.

are their any suggestions?
sundial?
water cards?
EQ?
