I don't love the fractal BL option because it doesn't hold its own unupped (ie, with sparks).
Also, it seems aether heavy to me.
Haven't played it yet though so I may be wrong.
I agree. I am 100% against the deck.
Perhaps dragon OTK is better for that reason, although I don't see the harm in having 1 or 2 decks that rely on upped cards given that 2 of our team members will be using them. Either way it was just a thought.

Does anyone else agree that cloak would go well with dragon OTK?

I'm not sure we can afford the deck space.
What would the cloaks replace?

Also, I'm thinking that 3(and a 1/2) duos might not be enough so I'm working on a new one.

I'm not sure a deck like that could go multiple rounds.
Maybe its just that I haven't played much with CC heavy decks like that much before.
Also, what about shockwave? Also also, its a cheap deck so I'm not sure you need that many pillars.
Sound opinion.

Pure CC=Pandamonium. Other CC/Direct Attack= Fire Bolt, Ice Bolt, 2xShockwve, Drain Life, 3xLightning. Targetable at player as well. *sigh* if only we could use more then 3 sundials, I feel maybe a bonewall or 2 may be needed.
as phaedrus says  it is a very cheap deck, some possible modifications maybe - shockwave + flying weapon and possibly a quint instead of a lightning

do you think those might be benificial?
I think we can use the deck to beat  :time. I would expect rewinds and nm from them. Maybe +2 sancts? I just want to find a use for it because it uses a lot of cards we can use later on for anything (if we get to keep it that is). Otherwise I'm all for scrambled shriekers and duo decks and whatnot.

work quite well with a good draw (arsenic in hand preferably, and dials to keep ya alive when the time comes)

that is true about the tweaking in the Entropy duo's. Maxwells can be a huge asset to any deck, as most pvp creatures have attack>hp. and i would be for making the two decks a little more similar.  I feel the gargoyle are a little weak for the quanta maybe add a steal or replace them with cloaks to give 9 turns of protection to your creatures. especially while the devourers BE things.

I think adding cloak is a good idea. Vampires might fit, too, since they're decent targets for BE. I think this deck is a little low on entropy quanta. You're probably going to have to choose between either antimatter or butterfly effect. I think I'd prefer removing the antimatter, even though the deck loses some versatility.  Could be replaced with maybe 2 entropy shields?

I like the 3 entropy pendulums because they help get discord out faster if you happen to draw one early. I like the 2 dragons as attackers more than I liked the gargoyles, and there's enough quanta for them. I think this one could use a shield, too, but I'm not sure what to take out. That's my main issue -- I like this one. As was already mentioned, the draw denial combined with quanta denial works pretty well.

Agree that maxwell is a good replacement for the abominations.

As for making them more similar -- I think if we want to go down that road we can just include 1. Otherwise, I'd take 1 with antimatter and another with BE.

Let's break down a few opponents. I expect gotp/nm from  :time, or some sort of dim shield/dune scorp stall. Maybe even EQ/rewind rush stopper. A rainbow deck with entropy mark and 3 disco/3 maxwells would do fine. Throw in a steal, a deflag, and maybe 2 sancts, along with the usual creatures and we're set. And prolly a cure would be wise, in case they went with the straight up counter-rush with dune scorp/rewinds.

I like your thoughts on the control bow changes Sevs.
Here is an updated version of that. Took out the steals too because we don't want to steal shields when the wall is up. Also it may be worthwhile to take either the gargoyle or toadfish out in favor of a 12th pillar.

or just a a basic time based rainbow control rainbow with pulvy

Its actually an air mark, but it could easily be tweaked to time.
I think we're really strong against time.
A bow with pulv, purify and enough time quanta to play GoTPs and we're good to go pretty much.
Unless they come with pharoahs and anubis....
But even then we could probably out-rush them.
