I think it is time we move 3 or 4 decks into a temporary vault right now, and spend the next 5 days on filling the rest and fine tuning decks/vault.
We dont want to wait till the last second to decide on additional cards or 1 or 2 decks.. Hasted decisions are often wurse.

I am trying really hard not to do funny things with mod powers and so far I have beaten the devil on my shoulder telling me to do things.

You are running out of time to get your vault done.
Might want to get some stuff in there and make tweaks to it later.

PS don't use mod powers to muck around it will get your power taken away.
