Immediately, we pacified them, with pretty fireworks, reversing their anger into love with antimatter. Then, we started preparing a feast, cremating most of the dead wood we could find around us. And what a grandiose feast it was! Chickens, that would spring back to life from their ashes, burn again for more food.
For variety's sake we also prepared some octopi and surprise eggs.
And as a finale to the feast, condors, that had fattened over and over again during the feast, ripe for the taking.
Eating and killing the animals over and over again satisfied the goblins. We parted on happy terms.
And a few leagues later, realized that our precious staves, made out of solid gemstone, got stolen. Damn these goblins.
