The dragon reminds me a lot of Pyrocloaks Propaganda picture, the shadowy figures in the background are nice, but them being exactly one less than we have members in team is a bit awkward (unless one of us is the dragon). It would also be nice if you could include some details to represent team members (though tbh I wouldnt know what you should use for me myself, so that's not so easy). The guy's/girl's dress/beard looks a bit weird.
Ok and thats it with the criticism, I like everything else about it. A leader in the front and stealthy supporters that kinda look a bit like comic heroes. And it shows what we are fighting against. I like it.
P.S.: I like the banner, if it's not too big it can stay that way!
