Rainbow is reasonably easy, but so incredibly annoying to fight that I just skip him most of the time :P. The fight is always one of the longest FG fights as far as real time, and you have very little chance of winning anything from him anyways.

He's more like unreasonably easy (wait, what?), since you can't lobotomize his creatures since he'll steal your electrocuter, and they'll grow over your Hope shield, so you have to just fractal your rays twice and hope that by the time your dragon spam gets going he hasn't bashed you to death yet (oh yeah, and he'll destroy all your shards, so the clock's really ticking).

length is an issue, especially with my slow computer, all those hourglasses, creature growth, etc. etc. takes a long time.

I find that if I actually fight him, I can eventually win a decent chunk of the time. But yeah I dont fight him often simply bc of how incredibly tedious it is. You can generally lobo his growth creatures if you hold the lobo till he plays them and try to have shards out earlier to use his perm control. Also if he gets an eagle eye out he seems much less likely to use steal on it which helps. If he doesnt get the growtch creatures till late though they can be more troublesome bc once he has 5-6 hourglasses going your perms dont stand much of a chance
:P. He still has no shields or healing though other than miracle so by fractaling rays repeatedlyu then fractaling dragons at the end you can generally beat him before he beats you, but its just not worth the effort imo :P.

Yes.  It seems the AI values Eagles' Eye more because it usually won't steal your Electrocutor until it can replace it with another Eagle in its hand.

I agree.  I've only been playing Rainbow recently because of the talk in this post.   :P

I too only killed him to have the pic in my post on page 5. It was the first time I killed him.
Finkel how slow is your computer? My computer is about 10 years old.  :))

I just beat rainbow 3/3 times playing him today. It's just a matter of getting lucky and keeping your electrocuter long enough to zap the really scary forest spirits and then dragon-spamming him.

I have screenshots of multiple EMs against almost every false god, if anybody doesn't believe it's possible or something. I'm working on finishing the guide, will post in the next day or two.

I can rarely beat ferox before he puts out way too many feral bonds, LUCKILY, I have a light nymph :D added that to my deck and now Ferox is actually in the middle between easy and medium :)

Decay should be in medium section because: I don't think anyone has reported this, but if you play a ROL, and decay has 8 aether quanta, then he fractals those, maybe cuz they have attack and don't cost anything. that is the only way to win decay, unless you get faced with too many pests.
At the start: Keep one ROL in your hand at all times, he has 2-4 siphon lifes in his hand usually. fractal your ROLs before Decay can play fractal (in case he siphon lifes a lot) try and keep ROLs on your field all the time for Decay to fractal them. even if he plays electrocutor , he usually has no aether quanta from fractalling every turn. You're safe once he fractals your ROLs once, unless he siphon lifes YOU to death. try and keep the ROLs there for a few turns and wait for him to use siphon lifes on them. Then put out dragons, light nymphs, archangels etc etc. Because he has a lot of dark quanta to spare and can drain a lot of life. Decay is so far the only FG I can beat because it does something it's not supposed to. If there are others, then this is the one most obvious.

Although I use this:
Code: [Select]
5lk 5lk 5lk 5lk 7jo 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jq 7jq 7kc 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 80e 80e 80e 80i 80i 80i 80i 80i
Light nymph helps against elctrocutors, ferox.

You can use this as well alternative to light nymph:
Code: [Select]
5lk 5lk 5lk 5lk 7jo 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jq 7jq 7ju 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 80e 80e 80e 80i 80i 80i 80i 80i
Although more vulnerable to poison, long term damage, without shards, I think it's much faster against most of the gods beatable.

I think the deck on first page has a slightly higher chance of winning but takes longer, but it really depends on what your playstyle is, if you want to win more, but take longer or if you want to have your win chances little lower, but more speed.

Here is Eternal Phoenix. Got lucky there were no RoF early on. I think I would have had him anyway.

Got no cards on the spins either :(
