jmizzle7 - I did give credit for decks people built... check the deck code.
I did check the deck code, and the "deck by" for the antimatter/LS deck lists majofa as the author. While it is a completely different build than the one suggested by TII, it is the same concept. The problem with most of these decks, especially the AM/LS archetype, is that they are just that - an archetype. They have been around for a very long time, and everybody knows them. Claiming yourself to be the author of a deck like this is wrong, even if it is different than the specific deck list suggested. I propose, for the purposes of this study, that the claim of authorship of the suggested deck should be the one that does the suggesting (if the suggested deck is included, of course). Tweaks to a suggested deck do not change authorship; the authorship must still be upheld.
In the case of the AM/LS deck, if the deck majofa eventually posted was discussed in chat as a viable deck, and no authorship was claimed, then majofa should be able to post the "idea" as his own, regardless of originality of the deck in question.
