Outstanding team play on both ends of the floor. Its sort of hard to imagine that the mavs could have won not just without Dirk's MVP performance, but without the incredible defensive contributions of Jason Kidd, Shawn Marion, Tyson Chandler and Deshawn Stevenson, and the "sparkplug" (i love how announcers always call the small guys sparkplug) JJ Barea on the offensive end along with Jason Terry. Brian Cardinal filled in nicely when Peja Stojakovic's defense proved a bit too suspect. Nice adjustment Rick Carlisle and way to keep your mouth shut and the attention on your team this year Mark Cuban!
