Once my knee heals (snowboarding injury, whoops) I'm interested in getting into this.
I used to run regularly, but rather than trying to run for longer each time, I would try to beat my previous best time on a track I made through the forest. I think my first attempt took about 27 minutes, and I managed to get it down to 19. I stopped when I moved house and never got back into it, but I'm keen to pick up running again.
Would there be enough interest to make a public Google doc for this? I think I'd draw quite a bit of motivation from seeing my progress alongside everyone else's.
