NHL LOCKOUT!!

I'm a fan of the Vancouver Canucks, and i've kinda missed seeing them play so far this season. I'm wondering if there are any other big NHL fans on here that are affected by the lockout this season and how you feel about them missing so many games so far. I would like to see them come to an agreement soon, so we can watch some hockey soon, but I have a feeling it won't be untill after the new year.

Heyyy the Canucks are my favourite team too, even though I don't live in Vancouver. The lockout's a shame, though I'm not actually a very very big fan of hockey (played organized a couple years, watch maybe 1 game a year, rest I see or hear about online, in the news, or radio).
Who do you think should give in, though? The players or the league? And who originally made the first complaint/change in wages?

The more I learn about the way the NHL works, the less I like it as a league.  Strikes and lockouts every couple years, combined with losing teams in Canada to expansion to the Southern U.S. is just ridiculous.  Look at the history of the league and the corruption the NHL is built upon.  Toxic management from the top down and way too much greed yet it's the fans who end up paying.

The Leafs were ranked as the worst team in pro sports by ESPN this year and it's just pathetic.  The more they lose the higher the ticket prices go.

Aside from that, I am not the biggest fan of hockey, but I enjoy watching it, and do miss it.

I am an Avalanche fan, and have been wanting to see if they improved this year.

Hockey used to be my favorite sport, but I can't support it when the head of the league and head of the player's association are both imbeciles at best.
