The deck I use against bronze league is this:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4td 4td 4td 4td 4td 6rt 710 710 710 710 710 710 718 718 718 718 718 718 71a 71a 71a 71a 71b 71b 71b 72i 72i 72i 72i 72i 8pk

I don't know if you have those upgrades or the shards, but with more bonewalls and a few creatures it would probably still do alright.  Upped like it is, it almost never loses in bronze, and it does great against monoaether.  It's not bad in silver, but it really isn't quite good enough there for my tastes.
You have a lot of towers / pendulums and 4!! arsenics. It's not like you can draw the cards fast to get poison out early, and poison isn't even that expansive..
Since you have bone wall, maybe some cc death cards might help, or fly the arsenics for additional poison damage instead of pends.

As you can see, there is good tools vs. aether decks :) Another good idea is use 2x skull buckler (-2 flesh recluse)

You have some quite expensive cards. (Antimatter, FFQ, 2 chargers, 2 HG's when you have graboids etc.)

Looks like you're gonna be short on quanta.

Also the morning glory looks out of place.

I play a similar, though not fully upped deck:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4vd 58v 590 590 5c7 5fa 5ll 5ll 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 74b 7n2 7n3 7q5 7q5 7tb 7tb 7td 80g 8pj

This is better because you have more quanta for the expensive creatures/spells, more synergies, high chances to EM and PC.

(Adrenaline a crusader, then endow it for epic healing :P)

There isn't that much quanta issues and I'm pretty satisfied - deck work pretty well. Idea is have 2x every important card so you have usually one when you need it. Usually games are over before I even can play my second HG or Antimatter or <you name it>. Basicly this is kind of combodeck, example: Elite Queen + Epi + TU. Morning Glory is only for pure damage and don't need PA <3

Ok. I just think that if you draw the second one of your 2x of an important card, you probably won't be able to play it.

despite how true that is, there are a lot of counters to mono-aether chains. Personally, i just use momentum, and that's the end of them.

The thought process is, I think, that those in Bronze League realize that experienced players with plenty of upped cards grind Bronze to score some easy rares, though they have should probably be playing Platinum by that point. I know many of you, myself included, are guilty of just heading to bronze since it's pretty easy to get through. If you have a great upped deck, and realize you can grind bronze more efficiently than silver, you're going to grind bronze. There are few actions "beneath us"; if it involves scoring a rare card with 6 quick bronze games rather than 5 uncertain silver games, you'll go against bronze. Thus, being creative with their decks would equate to virtually no wins for anyone stuck in Bronze League, and thus no electrum. Upped decks are simply too good for the meager buffs Bronze League can afford with their 19 skill points. Thus, many of those in Bronze League collectively realized that aether stalls, while boring, have a great chance of stopping an upped deck not prepared to handle it. And so, I end with the sad conclusion: Copious amounts of Mono-aether stall in Bronze isn't their fault. It's ours.
