despite the high card cost of the time card, it is still fairly overpowered. All you need to do is get 15 time quanta and your opponent cannot play/draw cards. Pretty strong.
Maybe a nerf like take all other quanta should be used?
Well lets think of it this way, imagine you are making a deck using Drought,
it would be hard to use multi elements deck, duo elements deck, because of the lack of sufficient quanta
or very slow quanta before you are able to use Drought.
Now we go into deck building, how many Drought do we need to put into deck in order to see it in play?
I go for the bare minimum 2. So you are wasting 2 deck space on a highly quanta costly 15
card
that you might not be able to gather 15
on time.
Now we go into gameplay, Drought is situational, you must have more creatures on the battlefield
in order to have a reason to use Drought, so if your opponent have more creatures than you, Drought becomes useless cards in your hands.
With so many disadvantages, one might wonder why not put dragons into your deck instead, 10 quanta, 10 power,
helps you end your opponent hp 10% every single turn.
