Rain of Chaos seems a bit OP. Entropy Stall is strong enough as it is, and a greater Pandemonium (for the same cost, although vulnerable to PC) seems... well, a bit too much.

Kakerlake: I believe that there is no God as in something that can think by itself and does stuff that sounds way OP.
