Disaster Series! [SERIES - 20 cards] https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=60147.msg1211219#msg1211219

I proudly present

Clean0nion’s Disaster Series

24 cards of pure mayhem. Well, 22, if you exclude Entropy.
Actually 20 because I forgot Air

Little explanation:

A Playable Card is a regular card that you can get, like Nova. These have a rule on them, eg “Do not play more than once per turn.” If this rule is disobeyed, the Disaster Effect occurs. Unless otherwise specified, this is to place a copy of the Disaster Card on your side of the field.

Disaster Cards cannot be bought in the Bazaar, spun, or given by the Oracle. They only appear in-game when the Disaster Effect occurs.

If the Disaster Effect occurs a second time, the Disaster occurs again. For example if Supernova is played thrice, two Singularities appear - once for the second time, and once for the third. An effect that is “Do not do X more than N times per Y” causes the Disaster when X is done for the Nth time and every time after that as well.

Any effects on Disaster Cards which are permanents stop when the card is destroyed. Attempting to Steal a Disaster destroys it. Attempting to do other stuff does other stuff - basically whatever protects a Singularity protects the rest of the Disasters, too. But you can still destroy and kill them. I think.

Alright, here we go. In no particular order:

Element::entropy

Playable Card:Nova | Supernova
Spoiler for Nova:

Disaster Card:Singularity
Spoiler for Singularity:
Plays a random effect each turn.

Element::time

Playable Card:Dilation | Contraction
Spoiler for :

Disaster Card:Paradox
Spoiler for :
Plays a random drawing effect each turn, skewed in favour of making you draw less frequently than your opponent.

Element::gravity

Playable Card:Stellar Explosion
Spoiler for :
Disaster Effect: Playing three of these on a single turn produces a Neutron Star in your oppoent’s Permanent Storage Thingy

Disaster Card:Neutron Star
Spoiler for :

Element::fire

Playable Card:Solar Flare
Spoiler for :

Disaster Card:Solar Disaster
Spoiler for :
For example if you have 5 creatures, 2DMG is dealt to them. 5*2=10; 10+10=20DMG to your health.

Element::water

Playable Card:Calderan Serpent
Spoiler for :
Thanks to Zawadx for the name. Calderan = volcanic lake, if it doesn’t mean that then *poof!* now it does.

Disaster Effect: If you use Boil more than three times in one turn across all Calderan Serpents you own, Thick Steam appears in your opponent’s permanent slot. If all the Boils were upgraded, Opaque Steam appears instead.

Disaster Card:Thick Steam | Opaque Steam
Spoiler for :
Just like Cloak. Is removed by any effect that removes invisibility.

Element::light

Playable Card:Illumination
Spoiler for :

Disaster Card:Blindness
Spoiler for :
Creatures appear as normal, just without the little numbers in the corner. Cards in your hand appear visually to cost 0 quanta, but you can still see the little white strip that shows when you can play them. You see the effects of spells, but not the spells themselves. LOL @ Pandemonium

Element::death

Playable Card:Curse
Spoiler for :

Disaster Card:Tainted Soul
Spoiler for :

Element::earth

Playable Card:Tectonic Plate
Spoiler for :
Disaster Effect: Place a Seism on your opponent’s side of the field. If at least one of the Plates played was upgraded, place a Macroseism instead.

Disaster Card:Seism | Macroseism
Spoiler for :
Generated Earthquakes are placed in the player’s hand.

Element: :life

Playable Card:Aeter Blossom
Spoiler for :

Disaster Card:Overgrowth
Spoiler for :

Element: :darkness

Playable Card:Consumption
Spoiler for :
Playing more than once per turn causes the Disaster too

Disaster Card:Greed
Spoiler for :

Element: :aether

Playable Card:Temporary Wormhole | Wormhole
Spoiler for :

Disaster Card:Catabolic Fissure
Spoiler for :
Generates either a Catabolic Fissure or a Singularity each turn.

Renamed to Disaster Series because the original title strongly implies that it's just 22 cards of crap ideas

Was originally Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Cards

Also I forgot Air so its 20 instead of 22
