My notes with the RoL/mitosis/hope deck show that I went 4-4 with it against Seism with oracle predictions. As that's not very good, I've been trying to find something else that works. This one seemed to do fairly well, although unfortunately the upgrades are fairly important for speed, so it's not really viable unupped.

Basically, chain dims and wings forever if you can. Use eagle's eyes to snipe dragons first since they get past wings, and anything else if you can/must. It's a bit short on aether quanta, but you'll (probably) never run out of air quanta. The unupped quanta is deliberate in order to help defend against quicksands. Fractal your damselflies, and have them tickle seism to death. If he gets diamond shield up, your shards of freedom will help bypass it. Try not to play more than 1 of any quanta card in a stack due to quicksands; that's why there are so many different ones, just to bait out quicksands. I threw in one dragon just in case you need to fractal it for extra damage. Also, the shards help against the rewinds. Interestingly, seism won't burrow his shriekers against your eagle's eye, either, or at least he didn't against me, though with so much dim/wings chain power, it doesn't really matter if he's got shriekers, anyway.
Feedback definitely welcome...
edit: Upping one of the wind pillars would be a strict improvement, as you'd still have a 2/1 split either way. I had one each of the unupped pillars in air and aether replaced with marks in my deck, but that's not exactly appropriate for a FG counter so I swapped them out, but forgot that the air pillar should be upped. (or turned into an unupped aether pendulum; that's probably better, actually)
Switching the mark to aether might be a better idea, and changing the quanta base appropriately...
