Playing mitosis needs  quanta, which you should not be generating (keep  quanta instead)  until you played Hope.
So, before Hope, no mito just play as many RoL as you draw, and 1 rustler (but don't use it yet).
Once Hope is out, you can use the rustler and play mito on the RoLs, the AI will focus rewind on non-mito RoLs.

I wouldn't say to do this 100%, since sometimes playing Mitosis early may be needed, but for the most part, hold off on playing Mitosis till after you have Hope down.

without testing it, the chance to be outrushed hard are really high: drawing a dial in 55 cards isn't easy in early game, without counting the rewind that screw up even more the thing

also u should say your record of w/l with that deck, this is not the place where peoples test things, this is where peoples look when they need a decent counter for a fg

Gotta hold Mitosis until have you drop a Hope. Ray of Lights without Mitosis will be targeted first then.
