Good deck Drolly. Beat Scorpio with this.

I upped 2 SoG and a Tower, and it gave me EM.
Also won an Uli and TU. This deck is magic.

Played a few games with this on the trainer.  The stalling part of this deck (lightning+wings+purify) works wonderfully if you can get an early wings (which is pretty hard); once you set up, you barely take any damage.  However, I couldn't draw the shrieker or the adrenaline in time for all the games.  When I did, I had no more wings and Scorpio had enough congeals and ice lances to reduce my attack.  Maybe -2 PU +shrieker +adrenaline

Beat him today quite easily with the deck below. Struggled with quanta (only had 3 pillars for the first few turns) and it also had a single SoG which I didn't even play (so I've dropped it out for a fully unupped deck).  The only option without lobo's would be to replace them with another pillar so you can get the phase dragons out quicker or maybe ice bolts to kill the physalias.

Notes:
Don't waste quanta lobo'ing every creature, you only need to take out the physalia's and maybe the puffer fish if you are waiting to draw the dimensional shields
Use the purifys sparingly until you can get the shields up (at which point it is only un-lobo'd physalias, deadly poison and ice lance which can touch you)
Shard of Sacrifice might be good to help stall and Shards of Wisdom to take him down quicker if you have picked up the odd shard from the arena (I'd swap SoSa for a purify and SoW for a phase dragon)

Obviously this is pretty much what Drolly said but at least this gives a completely unupped option (with the deck code). Unupped and no rares version would be as below, but I haven't tested it (I believe Scorpio only has 3 Physalias so as long as you can take out one or two you should be ok).

SoSa works against both Purify and the deck itself since it needs lots of quanta and Purify damages you if you use it.  If you want to use SoSa, you should dedicate the deck to it. That's the kind of card it is. SoW's are good since you sometimes have trouble with offence due to the Permafrost freezing your Dragons.
Scorpio has 6 Physalia. He will consistently draw at least 4 since MA with Purify is a slooooow deck. Its winrate isn't very good here, but whaddayagonnado.

Well you would obviously use the SoSa while you had poison stacked on you so that you can save purify for a little longer and generate more quanta (yes I realise it gets rid of all your quanta but that's only going to be a tiny amount if it is a suitable time to use the shard).

Didn't realise he had so many Physalia (I looked up his deck and it only had 3 but I guess his cards get doubled) so a few lobo's seem pretty much a necessity.

At the end of the day it still seems like the best option I've seen for a no rare, no upgraded deck and seems to be much better than just ignoring the oracle prediction.

Got Scorpio predicted 5 times in the last 2-3 weeks and for the first two times I've been nastily overwhelmed by nothing else but (un)lucky Permafrost sequences, which costed me the games. So I modified extended the Purify-splashed Mono Aether a bit, and surprisingly, all of the last three games ended up in EMs. Even a single-drawn Wisdom helps tremendously in keeping up a stable damage output against her/him while seemingly still keeping the original deck's consistency. Of course, 3 plays shouldn't prove anything, but maybe it wasn't only just my luck:

Used this half-upped. I was quite low on Towers for most of the game - I finally got my first dragon out at 13 cards left in the deck. I think that either switching a dragon or two to Immortals would help it function better, as well as maybe one or two more pillars in the deck. Even with the bad start though, I got him down to 12 hp before dying. One more turn.
It is the greatest mystery of all...

Am I missing something, but does that rainbow deck not lack any stability for damage? Both therain of fire & conder are required to be "mid deck" & aflatoxin has to be pretty early too, otherwise you would not kill him in time?

Think you're supposed to draw those cards quickly and go for an OTK.
