Just tried with this deck. The deck is large so that you can hopefully win by deckout, even if the cc keeps your damage down.

This deck has lots of cc to deal with the physalias and octopuses. Wings last a long time (30 turns total), and gives you time to kill any threats before it wears off. The only creatures that can attack through Wings are her dragons, but there are only 2, and aren't that hard to kill. Purifies are cheap, so it only needed just a splash of water. Dragonflies provide small damage and air quanta, and serve as cc bait. The shard of freedom and upgraded cards were thrown in just because I had them, but aren't all that important.
It was working well for the most part, but purifies were spaced poorly, and I didn't get a second one before the trickle of poison finished me off. It needs more testing.
