You increased h by a factor of 10^30, this increases the planck lenght by 10^15 (so you still wouldn't see quantum gravity effects), but assuming things keep the same energy/momentum, then particle wavelenghts would be increased by a factor of 10^30. As the nucleus in an atom is about 10^-15 m, you can expect a world dominated by quantum effects for sizes up to 10^15 m, which is thousands of times the size of the solar system.
