Do you mean that what happens when the killer travels back to his own time in Universe A? (In which Universe A was also the universe in which magna matricidium was performed.)
What killer? That killer does not exist. I am asking: What happens when that killer (that never existed due to magna matricidium) fails to cause their nonexistance? Aka "What happens when the not born killer does not travel back in time to prevent their birth (which requires magna matricide)?"

Ohh.....I think I understand now. Ok, so assume this killer is in Universe A. He travels back in time in Universe A and kills his grandmother. Another Universe, Universe B would appear as a result of killing his grandmother. This universe in turn does not have his grandmother killed and so life goes on in Universe B. But in Universe A, because his grandmother is killed, therefore, Universe A halts to a stop, for it ceases to exist. When the gradmother dies, the killer is never born, and Universe A will stop (no events will succeed Universe A any longer.) Does this answer your question now?

That answer makes sense.

My summary
"Paradoxical universes cease to exist. However since each option of a decision is a universe, there will always be universes where the paradox was not initiated. These universes are the only universes where observation occurs. Causing a paradox via time travel is functionally impossible because you will never observe choosing to cause one."
